I was home on Tuesday - not sick, but for Veteran's Day, government work rules - and there were some episodes of WW on. I'd forgotten how great it is. I think most of my enjoyment comes from the show's uncanny knack for making me feel like I could be a bigwig at the White House if I just felt like trying to be. I also like the fact that President Bartlett always acts the way you want a President to act. You may not always agree with him, but he never shoots from the hip. My two cents anyway. Funny and true. I think my "sick movies" would be Anne of Green Gables, Gigi, Moonstruck... my usual favorites. But I don't know that I have the concentration to watch a full movie when I'm sick. I stick to mindless TV fluff - The Soup, Best Week Ever, Mythbusters. So I can doze off and not feel I've missed anything. I love this and may have to repost your L&O sum-up for my mother.
